By now, we all know that the Coronavirus pandemic has not
only changed the way we live, but also the way we work. As various states
contemplate lifting stay-at-home orders, banks across the country are
encouraged to start thinking about and planning for a return to operations
under a “new normal.” This session highlights some of the key considerations,
including possible modifications to the physical workplace and leave policies,
employee testing and monitoring, and how to respond to continued accommodation
requests, including permanent work from home arrangements. And, of course,
plenty of time to ask your pressing questions!
This hour-long session builds upon Jackson Lewis’ two prior
webinars presented on March 25th and March 31st, “Coronavirus in the
Workplace.”
